I attended a de-cluttering / house selling / downsizing / moving information seminar that Tracy participated in at the continuing care facility where I now live. The facility highly recommended Tracy and of course I selected her to be our agent. I’m glad I did. I found her to be a very experienced professional as well as very down to earth and personable. Tracy knew the areas where I lived and knew the price to be placed on our house based on the current market. And she nailed it. I signed a sellers contract with her midweek. She had on open house that Sunday and had a signed buyers contract for the full price *plus* that evening. Best of all the closing date was set for less than 30 days. All that while I was caring for my now deceased wife. She died a few days before settlement. It was a very stressful week to say the least. The settlement went smoothly even with the complications caused by my wifes death, thanks to Tracy’s extra help and coordination. I also appreciated Tracy’s concern for my well being then and even now weeks later. I now consider Tracy to be my friend.

Tracy was wonderful to work with as we bought our first house. Tracy was patient with us and explained everything perfectly. Tracy was always available to answer questions for us at any time and she helped us find the perfect home. Honestly, it was great working with Tracy, I had so much trust in her during the process, she treated us like family. I would highly recommend Tracy, she is amazing.

Tracy was patient and compassionate in dealing with a Senior Citizen having to empty a house quickly. When I changed the price of my house to the one she suggested, it sold quickly.
